All content, technology, patents (25+ PCT), trademarks, and IP are owned by or licensed to Spotflock Technologies LLC. No part may be reproduced without express written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use products unlawfully, reverse engineer technology, disrupt services, infringe IP rights, or use automated access without consent.

5. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Enterprise clients should refer to specific SLAs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spotflock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
