Experience of managing e-governance projects/programs in the implementation & operations phase is a must. Examples of e-governance include Digital India initiative, National Portal of India, Prime Minister of India portal, Aadhaar, filing and payment of taxes online, digital land management systems, Common Entrance Test etc.
Experience of working on IT Applications Implementation Projects.

Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
The Project Manager will have to play a critical role in building a ‘Team’ of those associated with project implementation.
Perform full project life cycle activities utilizing Agile methodologies
Determine necessary project resource plan and acquire, develop, and manage the project team
Estimate costs and manage funding utilization
Complete information radiators and/or prepare project artifacts/reports
Manage risks and remove blockers
Project integration management, including developing project charters
Acquire acceptance at all necessary points
Manage vendors and monitor to ensure milestones, releases, deliverables are met
Ensure required documentation is done
Monitor vendor progress and ensure requirements and deliverables are met
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, business, and technical aspects of projects
Escalate issues, risks, and blockers as early as possible
Excellent knowledge of policy implementation processes and practices.
Knowledge of health policies and procedures and applicable local, state, government laws.
Ability to analyze policy requirements for compliance with approved legislation.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Well-organized and detail oriented.
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.

BE, MBA, MCA, MSW, Management Post Graduate with experience in IT project Implementation of team size more than 15 people.
Minimum 6+ years work experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Information Technology
Minimum 6+ years experience in understanding of business modeling concepts, business systems development and business systems analysis
PMP or Prince II certifications is an added advantage
